By accessing or using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each account is for individual use only. Sharing accounts, credentials, or course access with other individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We will never ask for your password by email, phone, or support ticket.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or misuse lab environments. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
All hacking techniques, tools, and methodologies taught on this platform are strictly for educational purposes and must only be applied in our isolated lab environments or on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test.
You may not use knowledge or tools gained from this platform to attack systems without authorisation, conduct denial-of-service attacks, distribute malware, access others' data without consent, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
Lab environments are provided for individual use. You may not attempt to break out of isolated environments, interfere with other users' lab sessions, or use labs as a staging ground for attacks on external systems.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination, a permanent ban from the platform, and where legally required, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices are subject to change; changes do not affect purchases already completed.
Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party provider. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your nominated payment method.
If you are unsatisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted via the support portal.
Courses where more than 30% of content has been consumed, certificate re-issuance fees, and any promotional or bundle pricing are non-refundable.
All course videos, lab environments, challenge content, written materials, and software on the platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its licensed content partners. All rights reserved.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view course content for your own learning. This licence does not permit redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any content.
If you submit feedback, bug reports, or feature suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the platform. You retain ownership of any original work you produce in lab environments.
If you believe any content on the platform infringes your copyright, contact legal@yourdomain.com with a detailed notice. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Content is provided for educational and informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, cybersecurity techniques and tools evolve rapidly. We do not warrant that all content reflects current best practices.
Completing courses and earning certificates does not guarantee employment, salary increases, or passing of any third-party certification exams. Outcomes depend on individual effort, background, and market conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, profits, or career opportunities.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, security incidents, or infrastructure failures may cause temporary outages.
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Termination ends your access to the platform. Earned certificates remain verifiable for 5 years post-termination.
We may terminate your account with 14 days' notice for any reason, or immediately if you breach these Terms. Immediate termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
Upon termination, your licence to access content ends. Any data associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law provisions.

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
